Data we process: only what you provide through the contact form — name, organization, email, sector and message — and data generated technically when serving the page, such as the IP address logged by our hosting provider.

Purpose and legal basis: to handle your request and maintain the communication you initiate, on the basis of your consent; and to provide and protect the web service itself, on the basis of the legitimate interest in its operation and security.

Processors: form delivery is handled by Resend, in a European Union region. Site hosting is provided by Vercel. Data is not shared with third parties for other purposes.

Retention: we will keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and thereafter for any legally required periods.

Cookies and tracking: this site uses no cookies, no local storage, and no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your visit generates no requests to third parties.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@velantia.io. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
